This was a fun place to read the labels of their products, the place was huge. My husband bought chocolate covered candy and by the time we got to the hotel it was soft. He put it in the refrigerator and the entire bag had melted together in one big clump, he threw it away. This was one of those stops that you see and just have to stop. Another fun stop on Rt 66 and counting.

Gas was a whole lot cheaper on Rt 66 in Phillipsburg, Missouri than it is in Ohio.

Rock candy and cotton candy, two of my favorites.

That’s a lot of taffy!

I would have loved to try the Habanero.

Chocolate covered pretzels, peanut brittle and too much more to mention.

Popcorn is my weakness, and they had 60 flavors.

I could have bought one of everything in this store. I was good and didn’t buy anything because we brought a bag of snacks for the car from home.

The Round Barn was a stop on old Rt 66 in Arcadia, Oklahoma. The round shape is supposed to have protected this barn when there was heavy wind as the wind whips right around the round roof and building. It was built in 1898 and restored in 1992. Check out that blue sky.

I had to take a picture of my speedometer when I was driving 81 mph. We have never been on a road with a speed limit more than 75 mph. My husband had a fit because he didn’t get to go that fast when he took over driving. Haha
More fun stops in a week!
