No Bake Peanut Butter & Chocolate Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 chocolate pie crust, store bought or make your own
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened 
  • 1¼ cup powdered sugar 
  • 8 oz whipped topping like Cool Whip, thawed

OPTIONAL: Chocolate syrup or hot fudge to drizzle on top.

Directions

  1. Add the peanut butter and softened cream cheese to a large bowl then using a mixer, beat just until combined.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and beat until combined.
  3. Add the Cool Whip and beat until smooth and creamy, scraping the sides and bottom of the bowl.
  4. Fill the chocolate crust with the peanut butter filling.
  5. Using a vegetable peeler, peel some of a milk chocolate candy bar and sprinkle the chocolate on the top of the pie. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.
  6. Slice and serve. When you serve it you could drizzle chocolate syrup or hot fudge on top.
