Easy Lipton Onion Soup Meatloaf

This is my version of Lipton Onion Soup Meatloaf recipe. I am not a big lover of well done ground beef but I make this for my husband whenever I don’t want to eat supper. It has been his favorite meatloaf since I have known him, he loves the leftovers too. Do you make this meatloaf recipe too? I only do one thing different and it really enhances the flavor. I bet you can’t figure out what it is!

Preheat the oven to 350º. Spray a meatloaf pan (I use a bread pan) with cooking oil.

In a large bowl combine ground beef with one pouch of Lipton Onion soup (Dry mix).

Add the bread crumbs and stir just until combined.

In a small bowl whisk together the egg, water and ketchup. Add it to the ground beef stirring just until combined.

Place the mixture into your prepared baking dish keeping the top level.

Bake for 55 minutes.

I like to use a clean paper towel and pat the grease from the top of the meatloaf. I also use a paper towel to absorb any in the bottom by tilting the pan.

Let cool for 5-10 minutes, slice and serve.

Did you figure out what I did different from the actual Lipton recipe other than I made one loaf instead of two?

The answer is I used the entire pouch of Lipton seasoning, I didn’t cut that in half. My husband loves the added flavor.
