Easy Baked Cauliflower Bites

This is one of our favorite appetizers that we also like to make for a meal. Cauliflower tossed in a little olive oil and seasoning then baked in the oven. I make a homemade sriracha dip or you can use your favorite dip.

In a large bowl add the prepared cauliflower and toss well with the olive oil.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika then toss until coated evenly.

Spray a baking sheet with cooking oil then place the cauliflower in a single layer on it. Bake in a preheated 450º oven for 30 minutes or until your desired crispness.

While the cauliflower bakes stir the mayonnaise and sriracha sauce together.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, rinsed & cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

DIP

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip)
  • sriracha sauce to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl add the prepared cauliflower and toss well with the olive oil.
  2. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika then toss until coated evenly.
  3. Spray a baking sheet with cooking oil then place the cauliflower in a single layer on it.
  4. Bake in a preheated 450º oven for 30 minutes or until your desired crispness.
  5. While the cauliflower is baking, make the dip by stirring the mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip) with sriracha sauce, to your taste.
