This is one of our favorite appetizers that we also like to make for a meal. Cauliflower tossed in a little olive oil and seasoning then baked in the oven. I make a homemade sriracha dip or you can use your favorite dip.
In a large bowl add the prepared cauliflower and toss well with the olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika then toss until coated evenly.
Spray a baking sheet with cooking oil then place the cauliflower in a single layer on it. Bake in a preheated 450º oven for 30 minutes or until your desired crispness.
While the cauliflower bakes stir the mayonnaise and sriracha sauce together.
Then serve!
Easy Baked Cauliflower Bites

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, rinsed & cut into bite sized pieces
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
DIP
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip)
- sriracha sauce to taste

- In a large bowl add the prepared cauliflower and toss well with the olive oil.

- While the cauliflower is baking, make the dip by stirring the mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip) with sriracha sauce, to your taste.
